HEALICS
HEALICS — the Health Investment Compass — is a project to develop an AI-enabled health financing intelligence system. Today, the production of health financing data remains slow and incomplete and yields backward-looking financial information. While AI expands the ability to process information, the use of general-purpose systems carries the risk of producing convincing but unreliable analyses. In contrast, HEALICS is a domain-specific system that draws on verified health financing data, with AI enabling the structuring of information, supporting analysis, and interaction with the system.
ULERAWA
ULERAWA is a mobile-enabled digital health insurance platform that supports the administration and management of health insurance programs. It enables health service providers to enroll beneficiaries, enter billing information, and submit claims, while allowing insurance agencies to review claims, authorize payments, and calculate provider reimbursement under different payment methods. The platform also supports automated analysis of claims data to prevent fraud, monitor service use and quality of care, and assess the impact of policy changes.
